SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM, is an insurance program of  private sector and of wage earners. Registering at the said insurance program is easy as long as you secure all the necessary requirements. 

REGISTRATION

Try to visit the nearest SSS office and get the E-1 form and fill up the needed information. Pass two (2) copies of  it together with the certified thru copy any of the three given primary documents.Birth Certificate , Baptismal Certificate or Passport. In the absence of the primary documents, you can pass any two (2) of the following secondary documents. 
-Record of Employment/Employer ID
-GSIS Member's Record
-Certification form National Archives
-Alien Certificate of Registration
-School/Voter's Identification Card
-Driver's License
-Marriage Contract
-Birth Certificate of children
-Joint Affidavit of two disinterested persons attesting to the correct name and date of birth of the applicant.

Visit www.sss.gov.ph, you can apply online and check your contributions at the online system.
