ReplyDeleteThis is regarding the retirement claim of my father in law. His name is Alex I. Yabut. His SSS#0320708354. He is now processing his requirements to claim his pension. But according to him, he's been asking for many requirements since there was some corrections on his information. The name on his SSS is Alex I Yabut. While the name on his baptismal is Alexander Iguez Yabut and the name on his Birth certificate is Alexsander Iguis Yabut. His birthdate on his baptismal is July 20 1951, while on your record it's July 22,1951.According to him, he already forwarded some documents that you required him to present. What I neet to know if what else do we have to do to be able to claim his pension. Do you still require him to present other documents? If there is, please let me know. Because we are asking him and he said he is not sure what else you are asking him to. I hope you could help us with this matter. I want to help him because they've been through a lot providing you the documents and he accepts his faults for being not aware of that later on there will be some conflicts regarding the mis information that was done on his records.
