Please fix your online log in website. It's always down. Your facebook fanpage is no use as well. A lot of people rely on your website to check their account and make online enquiry. Mabuti po sana kung marunong kayong magreply sa mga comments at enquiries sa FB fanpage niyo, kaso hindi rin naman po. Wala po bang pondo para sa pagpapaayos ng website? Magkano lang naman po iyon kumpara sa dami ng contributions every month hindi po ba?

Nakakaubos naman po ng pasensya yung website nyo. Early this year gusto kong icheck contributions ko kung nahuhulog ba ng employer ko, by then, DOWN ang website ngayong patapos na ang taon, naalala kong icheck ulit, DOWN parin. It won't allow me to log-in puro employer log-in lang. Grabe pati sa online dala-dala niyo ang bulok na system. Wala na talagang pag-asa ang sistema ng gobyerno website lang hindi pa maayos at take note: 1 year na ang nakaraan wala paring progress!

After 15 mins someone announced that the system is down please go back tomorrow. 4dozens of people and one teller. While the other teller is closed and having a chitchat with co-worker. I knock on the window to ask question and the teller told me "closed nga diba. Sa kabila yung payment." Imagine those people trying to waste there time just to fall in line. While the others are wasting there time making chitchat than doing her job. So i suggest, Fix the website.Its much better for us to do the self service option than waiting for your employee to finish her chitchat before she open her counter.FIX THE WEBSITE.
SSS website sucks !!! For 5 days last week ang daming beses ko nag attempt na magregister sa website nila. When I finally did it, after 48 hrs of completing the registration process saka lang daw ma-aactivate ang account ko. Then I tried it today so many times pero dahil sa bulok nilang website hindi ako makapag log in. Page not responding daw and kung ano anong mga error message ang nakukuha ko. Again this has been on going for almost a week and walang progress na nangyayari !!! Kainis !!!
When I went to SSS office last week no one informed me and nothing says on their website that they are restricted to print out any documents. Its either I need to take a picture of it from their computer screen (w/c I failed to do so as I'm don't bring high end gadgets due to security reason, you know people now a days); go back to their office again once I have a camera/mobile phone with camera; or get the copy of it from their website by completing the registration which took me so long and now due to their website issue I'am unable to log in. Such a nightmare ! Imagine a pregnant woman like me needs to travel back to their office just to get the copy of the documents I needed which I originally requested before but due to their incompetence and non sense reason of non printing it I'am now stuck in this situation where in I have no choice but to get back to their office again. If I'm not mistaken SSS is a government run office, Is this what we get from the taxes they are deducting from our salary every pay day!
