Hi, good am, i just want to inquire about my mother situation.. Mrs. Aurora R. Monzon. She just recently claimed my father burial check yesterday Nov.11,15. She handed in 20k OR from funeria bcoz they said the burial payment is only 20k, that she gonna claim, but we paid 37K, no one inform us that funeral benifits increase, even when they passed the application for burial in SSS Naga they dont inform about it!! Can we refund again the remaining balance, bcoz they just get 20K for the Funeral benifits of my Father.. Thanking you in advance, for your answers..

Magandang araw po sainyo SSSNaga.,almost 3yrs na po nag apply ng retirement ang nanay ko DOLORES S. Valenciano. Nagbigay po kayo mg claim stub nyo kasi ang sabi nyo madali lang ma process ang papeles. Ang tagal na po naming nag aantay. Tanong lang po kung ano po ba kulang ng na isubmit naming mga papel. Wala man lang notice. Sasabihin nyo bumalik na lang. Paki bigyan naman ng pansin po kasi matanda na ang nanay ko.,kelan pa makukuha ang nasabing benepisyo?!
