Social Security System has three types of loan avail, the MEMBERSHIP LOAN, HOUSING LOANS and BUSINESS LOANS. Each loan as sub-categories that you can choose and get more information from. See below for list of loans and check which loan category fits you.

    My online access got locked out. Any ideas how to unlock it? It seems the Sss website does not have that option to unlock the acct. I've already sent tgeme an email and had posted this inquiry at Facebook a week ago but no one has replied. Thanks.

      yes tama po, dapat sa online inquiry maka kuha na kami ng sagot sa mga katanungan namin. hindi yong sasabihin na punta kayo sa pinaka malapit na SsS branch sa inyo... thru online nababawasan ang pila sa SSS pahirapan naman talaga pag gobyerno... haisst!

      Ask ko lang kung gano katagal bago ipadala yung cheque for 2nd loan.. Fully paid nman kami from our previous one and sabi 2-3 wks lng pero almost 1 yr na wala pa din.. Pag tumatawag laging sagot antay antay lang? Ang bilis mag d3duct ng contribution pero ang bagal makuha benefits??

    We are experiencing delay in claiming my father's death/burial claim. We did not encounter this we had to claim for another relative before. Please expedite as we are really in need to get the claim due to expenses during burial and so on.

    Lahat ba ng number ng SSS Call Center active? Para kasing hindi available ang lahat ng line from 920-6446-55? Ilang beses na ako nag-dadial ng number. May iba pbang pwedeng i-dial na number kung saan pwede makapag-inquire?

    Hi,

    I just would like to raise query. I tried to register to My.SSS via the link sent to my email. I was able to receive the link for registration. http://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/registrationPages/memberE1.jsp?ticket=05111752755F6D0F80379792F9XPK157GIY15439D5EE47ECE7AD36C2AC88B98FC422
    However after a week of waiting, I still haven’t received any confirmation via my email address. I was advised by on of your consultant thru your contact center that it should take 24 hrs and I will be receiving a confirmation. But as I’ve said, I’ve been waiting for a week now and I haven’t received any. I tried using the username and password I created but still no good. Ivalid username and password. Can you have a check about it? Is this a known issue?

    Pwede po humingi ng temporary password para sa online account ko..sa call center po kasi ako nagwowork..ang out ko po 4:45am..tapos pasok ko po is 7:45..wala po akong time pmunta sa branch at pumila para sa temporary password..tulog po kasi ako ng office hours..sana po pwd..I will really appreciate it..     I applied for a salary loan last Sept. 22, until now wala parin yung Check, sa employers address po ba iyon ipapadala? and san ko po ba pwede ma-check kung nasaan na or kung pwede ko nalang ma-pick up mismo sa philpost (since, philpost don't answer calls, email or text messages)?

    I cannot register po for an online account kasi un mahaba po un name ko. Un system pinuputol nya un characters na nilalagay ko for registration.

    I am Marlon Abanilla Leyson with SSS UMID No. 33-9243170-8. I have a problem with my SSS Loan which was supposedly fully paid since March 2015. Unfortunately, your SSS Cainta personnel failed to post my loan payment from July 2012 upto April 2013. I already coordinated this problem in your good office, I handed the USB with the files needed last August 12, 2015 to your Corporate Lane Personnel. And after a couple of days I called him back to know the status and he promised to encode/post my payments by end of the week. But until now, no posting has been made.

    Thank you very much for giving this matter the attention it deserves.

    question po.. nag first loan ako last 2014. almost 13k nakuha ko. then ngayon 4k nalang balance ko sa 1st loan base on my online account . ive got 58 contributions.. if mag 2nd loan ako mga magkano kaya makukuha ko?

      I had same issue,ang tagal ma mail ng cheke sa employer. Tumawag ako s hotline nla 9206446 pde naman pala ipick up s post office. Tawag po kayo sa hotline nila para mabigyan kayo instruction pano i pick up s post office

    I applied for a loan dec. 12 check was generated on dec.14... Until now wala pa... 1-2 weeks ba talaga or this is a f***** joke?!? Magkakaltas na next month hindi ko man lang napaincash yung cheque... Ayos SSS... Kung pwede lang sana ievade mga pagkaltas niyo kung ganito rin lang service niyo...

    Before ..he wrked as company emplyee for 15 yrs...but kater resigned because of his poor health condition
    So pls advised us..he need his pension..

    And now, gusto q lang poh malaman kung ppano q po malalaman kung magkano nlang po ang balance na natitira sa babayaran qng salary loan online (w/privacy) baka po kasi maover payment ako...hindi po kasi ako makapg sign in sa website nyo...

    Hi tanong ko lang po sana kung makukuha ko pa po yung maternity benefits ko since nanganak aq nung june 10,2016.nakapag file na din naman ako ng maternity notification bago aq manganak,then sabi ng sss employee,,kelangan ko daw yung certificate ko sa dati kong work,,eh samantalang nag voluntary na aq after ko ma-end of contract sa dati kong work. tatanong ko kung kelangan pa ba yung certificate na yun sa nag voluntary na? sana po masagot po ninyo.maraming salamat po.

    Hi, good day. Sana po may magreply. Ask ko lang po, June 7, 2017, nagpasa ako ng requirements for mat reimbursement. July 25, settled na raw, and it may take a week para lumabas sa bangko. Kaso, eto po ang problema. Wala akong bank, at sabi hindi raw pwede ang bank ng partner ko. So, nagopen po ako ng BDO Junior Savings acct under my baby's name(yung ipinanganak kong baby) pero nakapangalan rin ako dun at the same time. Yun po ang ibinigay kong bank acct. Tinanggap naman ng SSS branch na pinagpasahan ko, pinakita ko pa nga po ung passbook at nagbigay ng photocopy ng passbook. Pero nung nagpunta ako sa BDO July 26 para lang iinform na may papasok na pera sa acct, sabi nila baka magkaproblema raw dahil kay baby nakapangalan yun. Nagpunta ako ng SSS, sabi nila wala naman raw kaso un dahil tinanggap naman ni branch at nakarelease status naman na raw. Worried lang ako, sabi po kasi ni BDO, same day daw dapat pumasok na ung pera. Magkakaproblema po kaya ako? Thank you in advance.

    asked ko lang kung ilang days ba ang process para malipat ung overpayment ng loan sa sa previous loan to current loan. last june 20 2017 pa na subbmit ng employer ko pero hindi padin nalipat sa current loan ko. nag submit na ulet aq ng panibagong form last oct. 18 2017 kelan kaya un mapaprocess.. thank you

    bakit ganun nag overpayment kame ng mahigit 18k tapossabi ibabalik at naghintay kame ng 6 months ang ginawa dineduct ung loan at may balance pa kame ng 9k na lang bakit hindi pwedeng maka renew samantalang 16k lang balance pwede na maka re loan.

    Good day.. Need your help po.. Kasi nag apply po ng salary loan yung husband ko which is na approved naman po.. Infact nakuha nya agad yung cash card. .Pero noong bumalik sya ukit sa self service counter para e enroll yng bank account number nya nagkaroon po ng failure.. Imbis na union bank yung e select na bank e security bank po yung napindot.. Actually yung staff po ang assist sakanya..hindi nman po nmin sya sinisisi kasi sa dami rin po nya ina assist.. May mali din asawa ko kasi di nya po na double check bago pindutin yung submit.. Panu po yung gagawin namin maam/sir.. Mababago pa kaya nya yung bank from security bank to union bank? Hoping for your response maam/sir.. Salamat..

    Yung account number po ay union bank.. Pero yung na select nya na bank security bank.. Paano po gagawin namin maam. .Nasabi na rin po namin doon sa branch ang sabi po samin e re-enroll daw po namin kahit sa computer shop .pero till now ayaw po.. Existing po ang lumalabas pag tinatry namin e re-enrollšŸ˜¢

    good am po. may loan po ako sa sss at last may18 ang hulog ko po according sa voucher ko. ask ko lang po if panu ko malaman if tapos na po ba tlga ko sa loan ko kung nakaltas na po sa agency lahat. thanks in advance po sa reply
