    maam follow up lang sa claim benifet ni juanito ynalves dugay naman to kaayo ingon naa na daw sa inyo diha sa ormoc i hulog nagad to ninyo kay kailangan nato nku malooy gad mo nku.

    This is to follow-up to the disability claim of MR. ALEX TUGONON SASING filed at your branch last April 2017 with sss number 06-1234176-2.
    it has been said that it is in the hand of the processor in cebu city but i think ang tagalnaman ma release ng kanyang disability po.
    sana po marelease na kasi kawawa yung kapatid ko nabulAG KASI siya. wala na po kaming perang panggasta sa kanya at sa kanyang mga anak.

    Hello enquire lang po kung ok na account nang papa ko remegio dela cruz...kasi temporary pa po kasi..pag punta namin jan..update lng po ako...plss lang po...kasi taga palompon po kami...mahirap kasi na ma biyahe kami na enquire lng kung ok lng...

    Goodafternoon ask lng sana po ako kung naka register o nka rehestro po ba ako sa sss kasi po yong kapit bahay namin ditu po savi niya hindi po daw cxa naka regester sa sss e kaso po 1 taon na po cxa nakapag bayad sa sss..binigay niya yong bayad sa agent lng po kac cla daw ang mag collect sa bayad ng sss..kaya po ako nag tanong kung naka register po vah ako?sana po mag reply kayu kaagad kasi po may work ako wla po akong time na pumunta sa sss..eto po ang pangalan ko at adress..juvelyn p. Cabulong nakatira po sa magbangon albuera leyte.your cooperation is highly appreciated..thank you so much.

    Tanong lng po, kung ipapasa pa po ba yung form na finil.upan ko sa materbity benefits, kahit na nakapag submit na ako through online and was already approved by tha sss.
